Description :
This dataset shows the effect of a cocktail of dexamethasone, 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine and insulin (DMI) and the PPAR-γ agonist rosiglitazone on nuclear receptor expression in mouse 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The expression of each receptor was also assayed in primary stromal-vascular preadipocytes (S-V) and mature adipocytes (Ad) taken from the epidydymal fat pads of C57/Bl6J mice.
