Cold Turkey

No, I don’t mean the bird. Going cold turkey one day and stopping smoking without the aids of other things is the way many people choose to quit. From personal experience, I stopped having regular cravings after 2 weeks of going cold turkey and while I do occasionally want to smoke, the cravings aren’t as bad as they used to be and easily ignored.
