Specific Aims

1.  Generate expression vectors for biotin-tagging of all mouse and human nuclear receptors, and a subset of human and mouse coregulators.

2.  Generate mouse macrophage cell lines that express biotin-tagged versions of the NRs found to be normally expressed in macrophages, based on the NURSA expression dataset.

3.  Perform ChIP-ChIP analysis of a subset of biotin-tagged nuclear receptors and coregulators in stable cell lines to define their genomic locations on a large scale.
