Specific Aims

1. Construction of a conditional expression vector for easy insertion of the NRs and CoRs that can then be knocked into the ROSA26 locus by homologous recombination in ES cells

2. Generation of ES cells with the NRs and CoRs overexpression cassette inserted into the ROSA26 locus

3. Generation of mice over expressing one NR and one CoR each for proof of principle
