Mozilla Firefox version 1.X

|
1) Click on the .CEL file. A dialog box will appear asking what you wish to do with the file.
|
|
|
2) Select "Save to Disk". The Downloads window will appear with the downloaded file shown at the top. Note that Firefox downloads files by default to the desktop.
|
|
4) You may either open the file directly or launch the NotePad application and open it from within NotePad. |
Internet Explorer version 6.X
|
|
1) Click on the .CEL file. A dialog box will appear asking what you wish to do with the file.
|
|
|
2) Select "Save" and select a folder in which to save the file. Launch the NotePad application and open the file from within this application.
