Description
TIF1 β is a member of a subgroup of RING (really interesting new gene) finger proteins containing a RING finger, two B box-type fingers and a putative coiled-coil domain (RBCC domain). It has been shown to enhance glucocorticoid receptor (GR) regulation of target gene expression.
