Name
Multiprotein bridging factor-1
Symbol
MBF-1
MBF-1 was originally described for its ability to potentiate signaling by the orphan nuclear receptor FTZ-F1. It has been characterized since as a coregulator of nuclear receptors involved in steroidogenesis and lipid metabolism.
