Name
Probable RNA-dependent helicase p68
Symbol
p68
The DEAD-box RNA helicase p68 (DDX5) coactivates estrogen receptor-α (ERα) through its AF-1 domain. The interaction between p68 and the human ERα is regulated by MAPK-induced phosphorylation of Ser(118) of the receptor.
