CITED1

Browse coregulators

Name
CBP/p300-interacting transactivator, with Glu/Asp-rich carboxy-terminal domain-1
Symbol
CITED1
Members of the CITED family contain strong CBP/p300-dependent autonomous transactivation domains. CITED1 has been shown to potentiate transcription mediated by the estrogen receptors and other transcription factors, such as SMAD, in a CBP/p300-dependent manner.
