BAG1-L and BAG1-M/RAP46/HAP46 are isoforms of BAG1, a regulator of heat shock protein 70 (hsp70). that have been shown to interact with and regulate nuclear receptor function. BAG1 has been shown to coordinates signals for cell growth in response to cell stress.
