Investigation of HDAC3-dependant gene expression in adipocytes.
Summary
3T3-L1 preadipocytes were transduced with a lentiviral vector expressing either HDAC3 shRNA or control shRNA prior to cell confluency. Cells were differentiated with the standard hormone cocktail containing DMEM insulin, dexamethasone and IBMX for 2 days followed by 2 more days in insulin. Transduced cells were harvested at Day 8 and gene expression was interrogated using Illumina MouseRef-6 microarrays.
